How to March in the Joe Cain Procession

• Simply join the Lineup between 1:30 and 2pm at the Civic Center on Claiborne St. on Joe Cain Sunday.
• It’s FREE. NO payment or registration is required.
• Costumes are strongly suggested.
• Children are welcome.
• Marchers will be given an official commemorative button – look for a representative of the Joe Cain Marching Society next to Chief Slac’s coal wagon to get yours.
• No pets or motorized vehicles allowed per city ordinances. Please do not throw boxes, glass, alcoholic beverages or objects inappropriate for an all-ages audience.
